Lake Elsinore: pervert busted for flashing his junk at store clerk

Lake Elsinore, California - On Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at approximately 6:15 AM, a subject entered a

business in the 31700 block of Riverside Drive to purchase a beverage, and as he approached the clerk to pay for the item, he exposed himself to the clerk, paid for the item and left the business.

Officers arrived within minutes of receiving the call, but were unable to locate the suspect. Officers reviewed the digital video recording of the incident, and were able to obtain photographic evidence of the suspect.

On Thursday, September 5, 2013, officers on patrol were called to investigate an unrelated crime when they observed a subject matching the description of the indecent exposure suspect walking in the vicinity of Lincoln Street and Via Valdez. 

They detained the subject and initiated a follow-up investigation. The suspect was positively identified. Additionally, the suspect may have been involved in similar incidents in the Lake Elsinore area. The suspect, Allen Williams, 47 years-old, and a resident of Lake Elsinore, was arrested for indecent exposure, and was transported to the Southwest Detention Center
