Lake Elsinore, California - On Sunday, May 31, 2015, officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department responded to a shooting at a hotel on the 31000 block of Auto Center Drive, in Lake Elsinore. At the hotel, officers located a teenage male with a fatal gunshot wound.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department Central Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. As a result, a male juvenile named Ryan Jawad, was arrested for homicide and booked into Southwest Juvenile Hall. The Riverside District Attorneys office has decided to press charges against Jawad as an adult.
The victim has been identified as popular TVHS student Gage Seal, 15 of Temecula California. Seal was a member of many local baseball teams and an avid skateboarder.
