Temecula, CA – What is the state of marijuana today?

That would depend on who you ask. It is important however, to realize that most people believe our world is LxWxH, x,y, and z, or past, present, and future. In the reality I know, the world is made of The Real, The Symbolic, and The Imaginary. Because of this construct the single day event will yield a series of reports detailing the true state of marijuana today, and pot isn't just bustin' out in the United States. Mary Jane Green is spreading across the globe, much the same as any great idea spreads – one bud at a time.

Since cannabis is a complex issue, and one with a very long history we begin our The State of Marijuana Conference series held in Santa Monica last Saturday by asking the basic question put forth by Deborah Peterson Small, executive director of Break The Chains. She addressed a small intimate diverse group of 11 sitting in a half circle sitting in front of her. 'With hundreds of people of color still being arrested daily but gatherings like this which feature entrepreneurs sometimes making millions, like Weedmaps, is marijuana a movement [to end people getting imprisoned for using a proven God given plant] or an industry, young, growing, and offering opportunity? If an industry, why then are people of color still getting arrested while white businessmen are allowed to operate?'

Ms. Small, a lawyer and social justice advocate whose son works at BofA for spite, gave us her 3 reasons for this which will be listed later in this report, but we of my reading audience who reside in the wings of Shakespeare's Stage, have to do an 'aside' here, for you see, Ms. Small was given 'trash time', a term used by my civic board cousin when informed of the speaker's topic by me the next day. It's called 'trash time' because the staff are starting to clean up and the majority of the conference attendees are already enjoying themselves elsewhere. Was this a slight oversight? Yes. Was it deliberate? No, but it was telling.

Lake Elsinore: Domestic dispute results in car submerged in the lake and a man arrested

Lake Elsinore, California - On September 27, 2015, at 6:24 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of East Lakeshore Drive and Townsend Street reference a report of a vehicle observed leaving the
roadway and entering Lake Elsinore. At 6:26 AM, officers arrived at the location and were unable to locate the vehicle.

Through further investigation, officers learned an ongoing domestic dispute had been occurring at a nearby residence. The dispute began the previous evening and ended when the suspect, later identified as Lyle Joseph Howard (age 28 and transient), took his girlfriend's rental car without her permission.

Upon returning to the residence this morning, Howard and the victim continued the dispute. Howard responded by placing the vehicle in drive. The unoccupied vehicle then traveled down the roadway and into the nearby lake. Although a search of the area was conducted, the vehicle could not be located.

Temecula: One woman dies in collision, two others injured

It was reported a gray Mazda sedan collided with a tree at the above location. Officers arrived on scene and found three people inside the vehicle.

The driver, was not breathing and was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The driver has been identified as Francoise Kershaw, 25 years old of Temecula. The passengers inside the vehicle, a male adult and a female adult, sustained major injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Temecula, CA – For lo these many years we have been told countless times in commercial after commercial by the nation's leading canned tuna company, StarKist, that no matter what he did, Charley, like so many blacks that weren't tuna, just wasn't good enough.

Charley could go to school, drive a better car, buy a better house, become a blond, get in shape, move to a new side of town, get a different wife, go to the right church even, but nothing was ever going to change Starkist from saying, “Sorry Charley, only the 'best' tuna.”

Now we know, like that infamous Vienna anthropological study that 'proved' black people were inferior to white people, it was all a lie. Charley was always good enough; he just weighed too much. Seems the fishy people over at StarKist were only packing the thinnest tuna and lying about the can weight.

Well Sports Fans, Charley went out and hired the firm of Fett & Fett, and they put their best man on the case. The national brand, of course, denied any wrongdoing much like Dick Cheney, but agreed to offer past consumers a choice of either $25 in cash [check] or $50 in cans of tuna through a national claim offer available until November 2015.

Temecula, CA – When you look at the credentials of the three assemblymen who crafted AB266, you see people who are civil-minded and out to serve the public good, but everything looks good on paper. Never forget that everything Hitler did was legal and he never personally pushed one Jew into an oven. Were those millions of other Germans deemed evil or just buying in to a system of accepted beliefs?

Fast Eddy states the obvious about AB266; the people who want to control a medical patient's dosage have no understanding of marijuana because they don't use it. Since cannabis can be utilized in a hundred different ways and in a hundred separate products in each different way, why doesn't the government simply tax the products that will come from cannabis instead of patients with stoners? Don't places like Colorado make millions more than they anticipate in pot tax revenue? Why tax the plant? The farmer doesn't pay the government to grow corn for Kellogg's, does he?

To understand the ancient historical of 'why' to these questions, order Memoirs and read Ch 20, but the most recent reveal on America shows the man credited with 'discovering' the place set the pace, and that is the prevalent mindset existing right up to today with corporate person-hood, money as speech and the way of governments. Remember, the Bible tells us that there are just two kinds of people in the world. Most people who salute the flag and carry the Bible would say the same thing. But what would the birds say? After the jump, what the birds heard and saw when two different worlds met, the civilized, orderly, controlled world and the savage, free, Paradise. Columbus' own words echo today.

Temecula, CA - For as long as I have lived here in this valley, there has been two separate and independent frames of mind concerning marijuana. The mainstream and Christian view has always been negative, while the progressive view more underground and secretive, reminiscent of the early fishers of men who drew a sign of a fish.

Though you can pick up a copy of Memoirs of Mr. Pete & Mary Jane Green, the exploits of the man who legitimized Mary Jane by bestowing the Christian last name of Green, to find the more ancient hidden tie-in to the aforementioned First Century group, presented here for the first time to the citizens, the Christians, and the City Councils of the valley's cities, is the pedigree of marijuana. This proof isn't for us MMJs to prove our point, for you see [and can read] this is something we users knew all along. This is also why we desist your efforts to control something which you know nothing about. That you do this for money, well, you can sort that out with God, Gen 1:11, 29-30 for free]. All items below come with clinical study links.

Early Onset Pot Use Isn’t Associated With Adverse Outcomes in Adulthood
Kids who experiment with weed are far less likely than non-users to be healthy and successful adults. So says the conventional wisdom. But new science says otherwise. Investigators from the Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Rutgers University prospectively examined whether male subjects who consumed cannabis between the ages of 15 and 26 differed in terms of socioeconomic, social, and life satisfaction outcomes by their mid-30s as compared to those who were either abstinent or only consumed it sparingly.

After controlling for potential confounders, such as the use of alcohol and other illicit substances, researchers reported that pot consuming subjects– including those who used the substance habitually – were generally “not at a heightened risk for maladjustment in adulthood.”

Hello Football Fans,

The fireworks started early this year, and I'm not talking about the Giants' Jason Pierre-Paul (JPP).  Are some NFL teams in playoff limbo already, even though it has only been two weeks?  And in college, what about the SEC West?

Temecula Valley Music Awards showcase at The Cove, Murrieta California

Murrieta, Ca - We are here tonight to check out local Temecula Valley band, Grass. Grass is fronted by John Lane. His band are entrants in this year's Temecula Valley Music Awards competition, with their original song 'Sailing the Venus'. The Temecula Valley Music Awards benefit local school music programs in our area, founded by Tim Moyer.

Grass has a great 'Phish' type jam band feel to their music and stage performance. Improvisation flowed from guitar to bass to drums throughout the bands 30 minute set. To be honest, I could have rocked out for quite some time longer!

On the food side, our server was Brittany, a very nice young woman with cool tattoos. We bought a some of their homemade chips, with a side of honey mustard. Very tasty chips indeed, the Ketel One and cranberry was smooth - all together a mighty refreshing treat.

Overall, a very nice evening with wonderful music. Make sure to check out The Cove ( for food and drink; Grass ( for great jams. Grass has an upcoming show at Baileys Old Town Temecula on October 25th at 5pm. No cover charge - just good tunes and more great food.

INTERVIEW COFFEE – The Ryan Bros Coffee Review, sort of

“Life is too short to be bitter”

Temecula, CA - With the present state of gloomy politics, it's easy to overlook this story's subtitle in your daily grind, unless you stop by Ryan Bros Coffee and Wine Bistro. There you can discover that 'Life is too short to be bitter' especially if you have no problem with a sweet tooth.

The reason this story is called 'interview coffee' is because for that first interview, you want to feel special, on top of it and roll in glowing as the model to the right illustrates. A look at the selection of coffee styles and espresso drinks certainly gives you the impression that Ryan Bros Coffee will do just that. My friend AJ validated this perception by stating that Ryan Bros was better tasting than Starbucks and possibly better in price. In fact, the 'life's too short...' slogan is actually about their coffee. So I can 'sort of' give you a review about that.

Yes, Sports Fans. This is one of my old time 'sort of ' reviews. For you new readers, a 'sort of ' review is a overall review based on a sampling in one specific category. And being next door to the old Chipotle location, I 'sort of 'knew about Ryan Bros being there. One day recently while gathering research on another story, I decided to drop in to Ryan Bros. with my friend AJ, the coffee drinker.

Temecula, CA - The subject on every patient's mind is the same one at the heart of AMMA's lawsuit against the California legistaure, the statue of Prop 215 and it's 20 year long protection for medical marijuana. It was a landmark decision when it occurred and the nation stopped to give pause, as something Jack Herer would later predict to me, came to pass [see page 267*].

Today a new bill, crafted by 4 state assemblymen, threatens to undo what Prop 215 did. Three of the four authors of AB266 have signed on to headline the second State of Marijuana conference happening this coming Saturday in Santa Monica. Your Temecula Calendar will be there. After the jump, a look at the speaker list and then a look at the 3 Assemblymen who co-sponsored the trio of bills set to put Mary Jane Green in chains.

“Following the success of last year's sold out event, the State of Marijuana returns for a second year to bring you another exclusive conversation on the marijuana industry and marijuana policy in this critical time lead-up to 2016. Whether you are an entrepreneur, advocate, or spectator, this event will provide exclusive networking and key insights into the cannabis political environment, medical marijuana research, business strategies, and new technologies innovating the industry. Be a part of the conversation. Learn and experience the future of marijuana in California and beyond.” - SOMJ

Temecula, CA – Quietly and without much local fanfare that I've seen [but even I don't see everything], a restaurant has opened in Temecula that I can recommend to all my food activist friends like John Diaz and Zen Honeycutt [Moms Across America]. Without a cheesy, cutesy gimmick name, it is simply called the Burger Lounge and the single l ocal location is the first one outside of LA or SD, which have 6 and 8 locations respectively. OC and LV, you're next.

Located in the old Starbucks spot in the Trader Joe's/Fed Ex strip mall across from The Mall, the modern styled hip restaurant serves old-fashioned food, that is non-GMO, grass-fed beef, sodas that contain no HFCS with free refills, and cook their sides in 100% GMO free Sunflower oil. Even the ketchup used there is listed as Organic, something I have only seen at one local eatery here.

Besides the delicious food and drinks available from the Burger Lounge, the staff, all young and bright-eyed, are eager to explain what's available and proud of the quality food served, as they should be. You won't see any 'stuffed tomatoes' or muffin tops that frequent places like some buffets in the hometown, but you will find plenty of items that are appealing, including some temporary sandwiches like the lamb burger which is being featured currently.

My partner man-about-town, AJ, went with me as we had lunch there on the last holiday weekend. This is our report.

Temecula, CA – Here is your chance to live the kind of adventure I write about at the Calendar. If you have kept up, the TPP, TransPacific Partnership, still can be stopped. Here's how to slow it down and have something to put on your Facebook page.

'Trade ministers from throughout the Pacific Rim are meeting for a last-minute, do-or-die, potentially-final round of Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations this month in Atlanta.  They intend to use this round to complete the TPP corporate power grab.  Instead, we’re going to use the round to derail the TPP completely.

We have mere days to organize and mobilize, and we need your help identifying activists and organizations to partner with.  Please fill out this form if you’re in or near Atlanta — or can make it to Atlanta any time between September 26 and October 1st — and want to learn more about protest activities during the TPP negotiations:

Temecula, CA – As the latest posts pulled from page circulation on the Huffington Post, this time being everything about 14 year old Ahmed Mohamed, the moronic absurdness of the situation may be the reason for this dump. Granted everyone is on edge given the state of the world but here's the rub, and where the idea of institutionalized racism comes into play.

The following is a quote: 'when he showed his English teacher the clock, she suggested it looked like a bomb.

"I told her, 'It doesn't look like a bomb to me,'" Ahmed said.

In a meeting with the principal, school staff continued to question the ninth-grader. "They were like, 'So you tried to make a bomb?'" Ahmed told the newspaper.

"I told them no, I was trying to make a clock."

"He said, 'It looks like a movie bomb to me.'"

Did the U. S. Fashion a New Statue of Liberty on 9-11? A Guest Editorial

Temecula, CA – At present the United States is divided into two groups of people; those who believe the official version of everything, no UFOs, ghosts, etc., single bullet, Columbus discovered America, the party line, who equate that to patriotism through logical reasoning. There is a second and opposite group who in one degree or another, don't believe anything the government says, which isn't to say that they don't love the country, only that they believe the country has been misled. While many remember 911 and we all morn the loss of lives, including some still succumbing due to health issues, not everyone swallows the Bush-Cheney kool-aid. Photographer/activist Steven Storm shows us the history of 911 in his guest editorial from John Trudell, utilizing his right of a different opinion.

“We have never been able to understand the white man, who fools nobody but himself.” — Chief Plenty Coups, Crow

It was the founders aptitude for greed masked behind the colorful eloquence of Thomas Jefferson’s quill which sowed the seeds for the U.S. demise. In 1803 Jefferson unveiled the U.S. policy of debt enslavement to conquer, assimilate, and ultimately decimate the Indigenous who would pursue their own cultural way of life. As Jefferson penned in private with contextual incoherence as well as modeled thought befitting of Orwell’s 1984 to then Governor of the Indiana Territory, William Henry Harrison:

Temecula Food Scene: a tasty new place to Thai

Ubon Thai

The family and I went and checked out this new Thai place in Temecula the other day. We were there on their third day open during their soft opening week. It is located at 27300 Jefferson Avenue in Temecula, a location that used to be a variety of different things over the years.
It was a Dairy Queen, a Mexican food place, a farmhouse burger place. In my opinion none of them compare.

Upon entering this new restaurant I was immediately shocked by the decor, this place looked absolutely nothing like the previous tenants - all of which I had tried at least once. They have completely remodeled the building on the inside - with new seating, very modern cool looking decor AND you cannot see the kitchen at all. Robert Irvine would be proud. After a moment to take in all of the new changes, I was greeted by a nice woman with a very cheery demeanor.

We were quickly seated and brought tall glasses of ice water and I ordered hot tea. My daughter tried Thai tea for the first time, having tried it at other places I also sampled it and it was indeed yummy.
We started out with vegetarian Thai egg rolls. They were crispy, decent sized but not too big and had great flavor. They were accompanied by sweet and sour sauce, but not a generic sweet one, it was rather tasty, I actually used some of it.

Temecula, CA – Today at 5PM the doors will open for the fourth annual 'Get Shamrocked' Irish Music Festival to be held at the Murrieta Town Square Park and last all weekend. With my concert mileage, this old bus now rolls out to the pre-Festival parties to get a taste of what's to come. And that's just what I did last night, by going to The Shamrock and catching scene friends Master Splinter and The Shredders [MSATS] aka Midnight Satellites. Both bands are made from members that started playing the T-town area up to fifteen years ago.

Brothers Brennan and Ryan Kilpatrick flank the ends, with Salvatore Spinelli and Nick Seiwert on drums
The Shamrock venue is another music aspect that has been something else prior, but about four years ago or so a plucky group [they're always plucky, they're Irish] took over the spot and the joint has been jumping ever since with Irish hospitality. On a Thursday night, the place was almost packed out and this was the pre-party. But then again it was MSATS, a cover band venture that gained traction when the first note was heard. Having known these guys from past bands, I got word they had a new Midnight Satellites CD out. I was on the case.

Temecula, CA – There is an old engineer saying that goes, “When you are up to your ass in alligators, it's a fine time to remember your initial job was to drain the swamp.”

In the days of Prop 215, the state government and all the agencies saw pot as something to fight but also something many people had tried as a college student. As such, with a little help from George Soros, the voter initiative became law. It has survived on its own without and despite of government malfeasance of every source, but the conflict between capitalism and cannabis goes deeper than that, a lot deeper. That is the reason I state to people that Memoirs is really two books, one history and the other a Master Key of understanding, for cannabis predates Man, and of course, money.

On the surface it is people spinning gold into straw for people who have no knowledge of a commodity try to regulate it. Moreover, unlike their agency capture big business partners, there are no real experts involved, only pseudo leaders who like Hillary Clinton, long on credentials and short on accomplishments because they had little or no experience with cannabis on any level. They have no experience with real patients, they have no experience with people they believe to be fake patients, they have no experience except how to make a law that brings money into the government coffers at the consumers' expense.

Temecula, CA – While going over the set list, I was asked about book sales and having time for the radio station. I replied that I have to work at the radio station project. The book is something that I'm waiting for the world to catch up with. The other person looked puzzled.

Memoirs contains information from two epiphanies after my stay at Occupy Los Angeles, and after I sought and got my valid medical marijuana recommendation according to Prop 215. The first 19 chapters of Memoirs, I was illegal according to our paid liar 'we are not alone' government, but Chapter 20, the last chapter deals with today and tomorrow. The information in Ch. 20 wasn't remembered, researched, or imagined by me. The information concerning the paradox of cannabis and capitalism is a central theme in said chapter and the very reason the book is 'magical'. [Read the rear cover text at end of article, then decide for yourself]

The opening clue to this paradox is that cannabis is in the Bible and there at the very beginning, before humankind, Gen. 1:11, 29-30. the second clue is to remember, though Jesus might have died for your sins, it was after he threw out the money-changers, Baal, that the Jewish religious leaders said, 'he's a dead man.' So money killed him. Friday night, the infamous Friday night legislature, passed a bill to completely dismantle Prop 215, much like the also infamous DARK ACT, the TPP, etc. other groups I stand shoulder with. My book predicted this but after the jump, the current blowback shows how to fight a corrupt system. Read the back cover, understand really why this is happening, and see a glimpse of what's coming...

Temecula, CA – As foretold, medical marijuana's worst nightmare came to pass on Friday. At the end of this report, what is being planned.

California lawmakers said late Thursday that they have reached a deal on legislation to regulate and license medical marijuana. This time of year is famous for California lawmakers to push through pork barrel bills due to frenzied action at the last minute.

The regulatory framework to corral the billion-dollar medical cannabis industry will be contained in three bills that have received the blessings of the two chambers and Gov. Jerry Brown, said Assemblyman Rob Bonta, D-Oakland, one of the authors of the measures.

Bonta said his measure, which along with the others will be released Friday, would require state and local licenses for medical marijuana businesses. It would create a new Bureau of Medical Marijuana Regulation to oversee the licensing and regulatory effort and involve the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the Department of Public Health.

Temecula, CA – There are many types of women but perhaps the very first type of woman is a goddess. Today the highest form or category of real women is that of 'queen' since the first monarch of any land achieves that position by being able to do something no other person, or in particular, woman, is able to do. You could say a queen is a queen by birthright or by smarts. We have no official 'Queen' of America but at press time there are two women bypassing that level to go for 'goddess'. One woman believes it her right, her destiny, and the other woman believes it through the 'new wine' of religious conversion.

The Goddess Complex takes a woman past the Diva stage, itself a level above J.A.P. to the rarefied air of Divine Right. This drunk on power mindset, sometimes referred to as the Joan of Arch Syndrome, takes a woman to the Goddess mindset due to the sheer light of their own conviction. This is a trap the Angel of Light has waiting for the gullible. Jesus also spoke of this phenomenon and that was 2000 years ago. Four hundred years ago Kim Davis would have just been burned at the stake in the town square of the civilized world, or stoned, not in a good way, in the barbaric third world. Kim Davis has been blinded by the Light, her light.

The other woman in the news at press time also suffers from the Goddess Complex, although she is at the other end of the spectrum from Kentucky clerk Kim Davis. The resume on Hillary Rodham Clinton is impressive and looks to be how I would imagine the most successful member of any family to appear on their resume. Except Hillary's is more so. She was certainly qualified to be an Ambassador if you know the path for that. So why is Hillary walking the same path her husband did when people clamored for Bill Clinton to do jail time? What is the difference?

Temecula, CA – What with waiting for the next shoe to drop concerning the still breaking MoonGate Scandal that 'we are not alone,' fallout from the Chinese Red Army release of data evidence and the hottest topic trending on the aural underground of 'talk radio' right now, it was time to catch up on the latest at T-Town Tunes.

The digital sawdust is in the air amid the imaginary realm of Temecula's underground music station of the Ethernet. Not being bound by the FCC and having the same arrangement with advertising as at the Calendar, the freedom to present non-commercialized content means music as raw and fresh as the early days of 'race music'. Today that freshness exists for all colors of the human rainbow under the genre category as 'All Ages', aka music played at non-alcoholic venues.

But access is only half the equation, talent must accompany acquiescence. In California it's location, location, location. Situated halfway between San Diego and LA/Hollywood, just off the beaten path of the coast, a magical valley grew from a stage coach stop to become a tour stop. The fertile ground that produced noted writers of popular fiction like Perry Mason grew into musical vines that have since come to water the valley ears. After the jump, see the music set list for the public's opening sample segment when the station goes live.

Temecula, CA – It has come to our attention that the Chinese Government, via the Red Army, has released data showing without a doubt, remnants that ancient alien civilization[s] exist on the moon, implying the United States Federal Government deliberately hid evidence of this from both its citizens and the world for 50 years. Perjury and profits over people!!

With the recent discovery that the moon is manufactured like a Swiss watch, built to the metric system even out to the orbit, the returning of both the Russians and the Chinese to explore a possible tech treasure trove ahead of us, sounds pretty counter-productive and corruption of decades of tax-payer funds. Billions wasted and siphoned off in deliberate falsifications. What will be done? Like with the Banksers, nothing, with no action from Obama.

In the biggest story of the year, so far, the question has to be, where do we go from here. It would be prudent to see how we got to this point of international disclosure, and for that we turn to a long video after the jump showing the discovery and questioning why the Chinese released this historical information without any fanfare. Richard Hoagland, featured on one of the past moon vids seen here recently, explains.

Temecula, CA - “Can you feel it?” goes the opening line of the only movie I was ever in. My name is in the credits too. My stage name.

That opening line expresses the tension in the air as the political candidates of both parties are trotted out for the people to pick from in the narrowing down process. Usually the suspects are traditional and it becomes a 'lesser of the two evils' but this time around, there is a PT Barnum effect in the air as the general population refuses politics as usual.

Meanwhile it's clear sailing for Barack Obama. He has advanced his intended from day 1 TPP trade deal as far as he can take it, he has his Iran Peace Deal so that if shit blows up, it can be on the next guy or girl's watch. Speaking of watching, the Prez has watched his girls grow up in the spotlight, which they have handled well, given all the racial mud thrown their way, sometimes even by foreign dignitaries. Anyone who knows family, knows how it hurts if any are ridiculed.

Renaming a mountain seems a good way to coast out the remaining months and a topper to all the design changes in the fiat currency made; all left behind in a legacy for those to one day look back on and say, 'here was the first black president, who suffered racial indignities even in his day, yet he moved past his enemies and left this legacy.'

Temecula, CA – This article is dedicated to my oldest reader, someone I knew as a kid and then became decades later, one of my first readers. This is to you, Jimmy Bryant.

Back then it was the Full Value Review, but beyond music and a personalized view of Christianity [Presbyterian, the Libertarians of religion], it's been politics.

Even before Loose Change and Invisible Children it was CODEX, because a part of me who saw things in the 70s knew nothing had changed in the time I had been away. Politics grinds you down unless you are a professional, and even then...

But 911changed all that, for everyone. And things have only gotten worse, and keep getting worse because it is a downward spiral. Where does the rabbit hole end? Let's review.

The system makes the people. The moon is manufactured on purpose. And things in the Bible and the Qur'an both involve 'signs' concerning the moon. The Church also figures into all this with things good and things evil. Everything is spinning, but someone has put it all together in a way that makes sense. After the jump, a British chap named David Icke, a former TV broadcaster turned activist, gives us the red pill in a video entitled, 'The Lion Sleeps No More', and this is a watcher or something to listen to. Take your choice, as long as your mind is open.

Temecula, CA – With Bernie Sanders slow-walking Hillary down in Iowa, beating her like a thug in New Hampshire, and Hillary's photo affair with the Kardashians failing to gain any traction in the marketplace, a tip has come in that Hillary Clinton put in a call to someone with clout around Gotham City.

Unfortunately, Bruce Wayne fell within both 60 percentile+ groups that believe Ms. Clinton is a liar and believe Ms. Clinton is untrustworthy. Meanwhile Hillary continues to march on through the mud like a trooper, undaunted, much like Kentucky clerk and recent convert to Christianity, Kim Davis. In fact, both women suffer from The Goddess Complex, but that's a future story so I digress.

Suffice to say, after the last fling with Vicky Vale's granddaughter, as Wayne's alter ego, split personality Adam West persona, Bat's was taking no calls either, sez our source.

Temecula, CA – As the Russians plan to return to the moon, a story that briefly appeared in the mainstream news, that brevity inspired this report and the two vids which follow after the jump.

The first video is the source for a story done months ago that caused me to ponder about our closest space neighbor, which is also our strangest neighbor. Just how strange, you may wonder since the moon has been in everyone's live with both the Jewish and the Muslim calendars based off lunar cycles, unlike the Greco/Roman Christian calendar. The first video is also one you don't have to watch to comprehend. You can minimize it and listen while you do other things online.

The second video is a watcher as it deals with the CIA created space agency NASA, or as we activist types like to say, Never A Straight Answer. You see today we live in a world where ignorance is in the eye of the beholder, as witnessed during the Freddie Gray beat down where on live national news the police union leader saw a healthy person being loaded into the police van while the nation and live news broadcasters heard the horrifying screams of a man in terrific agony. But we are talking NASA so please reserve some time to watch Moon Rising, The NASA Coverup, complete with color photos of our closest space neighbor.

All this after the jump.

Temecula, CA – It's called 'ambush journalism' and my assignment, accepted like I was MI's Mr. Phelps, was to ask Congressman Scott Peters why he voted for Obama's TPP, which still has to be ratified.

When you drive, going anywhere is only inconvenienced by traffic; however, when you take public transportation, the poor man's chauffeur, it can be an adventure and usually is in my case. The trip down to this North County San Diego assignment proved no exception.

The trip from my enchanted Pleasantville valley of Temecula started with the bus driver issuing me the wrong pass due to the rarity of requesting the style of pass I needed for both local and express bus service. The express bus I caught corrected this mistake with no hassle and also provided a stimulating political discussion with a college student on the way down to my first transit center, Escondido.

Following my pre-trip travel plans, the next two transfers came off without a hitch and though two locals had no clue as to the street name, my male Lois Lane nose soon led me to the appointed place, Renovate America and Clean Tech. The roped-off parking area out in front of the modern elegant no-frills building, so common in SD's tech neighborhoods, said BINGO. I straightened my hat with its tiny 'fuck Monsanto' button and walked through the front glass doors.

It's been a trifecta so far for "Straight Outta Compton." The biopic about the seminal South L.A. hip-hop group N.W.A was No. 1 at the box office this past weekend for the third straight week. So far the well-reviewed film has earned almost $120 million at the box office.

"Straight Outta Compton" is only the second movie this summer to top the box office chart for three weeks. The other is another Universal Pictures release, "Jurassic World." The fourth installment of the "Jurassic Park" franchise, "Jurassic World" also was on top for the three weekends following its release on June 12.

Another franchise film, "Mission: Impossible -- Rogue Nation," was the film knocked out of the top box office spot by "Straight Outta Compton's" release.

Temecula, CA – In lieu of the attacks from several Republican candidates from the party of 'family values and Christianity' [they say] upon ex-President Jimmy Carter who has brain cancer and the local City Council chasing Susan Komen to Lake Elsinore, duped by a doctored video, we present a number of unedited and unsolicited submissions received from a story which ran on the medical marijuana site I edit for.

These comments are to the story, Run To The Cure, by one of our developing model nurse writers and appeared April 7, 2014 after I did very little editing [if any, as I don't recall] which is why my name appears at the masthead. However, I made sure all knew who really garnered this fine work before they got to the meat of the report.

With any online reporting where comments are allowed you know at any time the trolls may make their presence known or a dreaded DOS attack could happen. When the first few comments came in, as an administrator, I was leery of putting them up without a thorough look-see and vetting. As more and more comments have come in, the genuineness of the content is overwhelming, consistent, and therefore true. Having a mother who succumbed to the illness at 59 after going through the chemo/radiation route, it is my honor to present these to one of the nicest Presidents we ever had. I hope some forwards this article to President Carter before it is too late.

The received ailment comments after the jump, all unedited, include one about brain cancer.

Temecula, CA – In today's wired world, I can hear the laughter of ISIL and North Korea even as I laugh myself over the revelations coming out in today's news. After shooting over 700 people so far this year, the police finally shoot one of their own and kill his dog, not unlike what they have done to many 'oops, wrong address' victims like the marine vet a few years back, including a grandmother. No word on whether the wounded cop was black [Black Lives Matter] or white [All Lives Matter]. Thankfully the off-duty officer wasn't killed as these people were.

But the real laughing news is the “louche” bag we, the Citizens of America, have as our Speaker in Congress. After the pedophile who was paying hush money to keep his 'secret' secret as our last Speaker, is there any wonder why Moms can't get a Label GMOs bill on the books? We are ruled by people who aren't fit to serve as ushers at Westboro. None of this news happens in a vacuum so you know how we look to others as America tries to run the world. The above link to people killed by killer cops is something being tracked by Britain, and if the English know it, the world knows it.

A fake tan hides the lobster face of an alcoholic on taxpayer welfare

The fact that all the people in Washington know that Boehner is an alcoholic, remember the veiled references about the stench of booze smelled during the sequester stand-off which now comes into clarity, and “lazy, and without any commitment to any principle," willing to punish those who go against his vote, buy the members with campaign contributions and committee assignments, which he promises to potentially difficult members just shows the depravity the elected class incestuously operate in. No wonder both Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump stand out as diamonds among the rough to the populace.

Temecula, CA – Recently, well just today actually, a friend was lathering praise on Obama for renaming Mt. McKinley back to its indigenous name. “You know these people have been pushing for this since the 70s. Isn't he great for doing that?”

I countered, “Well after oking Shell to drill in Alaska, something the native people there are against and then coming out in supporting the environment, I smell a rat.”

It didn't take long before the pieces fell together because Obama, like Monsanto, doesn't deal locally, he thinks globally. My report:

'Canadian rights defenders are warning that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is planning to conduct mass arrests of members of the indigenous Unist’ot’en First Nation who are camping at the Unist’ot’en Camp.
