Temecula, CA – This Halloween the organization of 420Nurses turns six. In an industry starting to bloom and fight for survival, the diversity of products and services, through questions and answers, concerning motives and morals, the most free-flowing [to use my elder son's lingo] to pin down is the 420nurses.

In the following pictorial we look past the obvious to the artistry, the backstory, the empowerment, and the poise that is the 420Nurses, today, tomorrow, forever.

The group was called, then blessed into being the physical persona for repping medical marijuana through a conversation with Jack Herer [page 269, PT's book, Memoirs] in the summer of 2009 at the Purple Haze Fest. It was shortly after that whimsy met weed and the rest is herstory.

Temecula, CA – Following the third Republican debate and the still careening circus that is or was this year's road to the nomination process, changes were bound to happen to the train wreck party of the 'teens. When the smoke cleared, there were three big dudes standing, and none of them was or will be 'Jeb' Bush. Funny how life has a sense of humor, oh wait, that's called karma. There may be a stone, a brick, or even a frame house in your future, but never a white house, Gomer. The rich life isn't too bad, 'cept for the ribbing you will get at Thanksgiving.

Aside from Bush donors leaving and the backfield disappearing, the RNC said, 'So long, baby' to the media network, in effect saying, it's your fault we look like idiots, incompetents, and dolts.

So now the rubber meets the road. So now the real process begins to play out. The cast of thousands has been twiddled down to The Don, The Doc, and The Dude, Rubio. If Rubio was to get elected, he would be the actual first Latino to be elected President, unlike some who have rewritten history. Cough, John Hanson.

VMHS Drama Dept Presents... Curtains, a musical comedy whodunit

Set in 1959 Boston, this is a ‘show within a show’ type of musical murder mystery by Rupert Holmes, John Kander, Fred Ebb and Peter Stone. This is a more modern musical, it debuted on Broadway in March of 2007. During its run it was nominated for multiple Tony Awards, with David Hyde Pierce winning ‘Best Actor’ for his portrayal of Lt Frank Cioffi. According to a VMHS Drama Department insider, this version is a bit tamer than the Original Broadway production was, in case you might have seen it in LA or New York.

The VMHS production is directed by Cory Finch and starts off at the end of the play within the play (Robbin Hood). Towards the end of the song, the lead actor collapses in the background. She is taken away and the cast breaks in to ‘What Kind of Man?’ – A song about how they hate the critics who said the show (Robbin Hood) was bad. As a guy writing up a show, I found it wonderfully ironic.

Temecula, CA – Almost getting lost in the latest Jerry Springer GOP debate and the establishment's try at disenfranchising both a Presbyterian and a Seventh Day Adventist, Trump and Carson respectively, the other cloud of dust is Hillary's Benghazi testimony. I say cloud because the root reason is being obscured in the usual political way for a reason. That question is 'WHY DID BENGHAZI REQUIRE EXTRA SECURITY at all? The answer after the jump.

Meanwhile this was the comment about 'JEB' Bush and his failing campaign now on life support. "It's the humane thing to do," said a participant following an emergency donor class conference call following the CNBC Republican debate in Boulder, Colo. "After Jeb criticized Rubio's attendance record, and Rubio broke his legs, you could just see it in his eyes." Can we all whistle 'Another One Bites The Dust'?

And before we make the jump, perhaps the biggest winner of the Republican debate was the guy who didn't show because he wasn't invited, but he was acknowledged, Bernie Sanders. In this last run up to take control completely away from the citizenry, the establishment media has also tried to give Bernie the Ron Paul treatment but now the public is catching wind and feeling the Bern. 2016 is still a long ways off and we have run out of blood moons.

Hello Football Fans,

A pleasant, afforable surprise in Moreno Valley: Harkins Movie Theater

On 10/21/2015, I took my family to see "Back To The Future: Part 2" at Harkins Moreno
Valley mall location. I live in Temecula, and didn't really want to drive out to Moreno Valley, but this was the closest screening of #bttf to our home. Being from Temecula, all you hear is bad stuff about 'Mo Val', however our experience was anything but bad.

Upon arrival to the Moreno Valley Mall we found the entrance to the movie theater a bit hard to find, as it is inside the mall, however once we got there the staff was very nice. The mall itself is a bit dated, but it was clean and we felt safe. We parked our car in a very well lit parking lot between a Macys and Jc Penneys.

Taste of Siam Cuisine, Just Give It a Try

Nowadays when I walk into Taste of Siam, I am greeted by hellos and waves from whichever sister is
in the back cooking.  I am brought my water and jasmine teapot without having to ask.  And I do not need to look at the menu anymore, but I often do. There are over 70 items to choose from, so I have had dishes catch my eye every once in a while, so far, so good.

That, however, was not how it started.  I grew up in the Midwest.  We did not have Thai food.  I had to drive over an hour to get Chinese food buffet.  Needless to say, I was a little scared going in, but my husband said, “Just give it a try.”  So here I was in a Thai food place for the first time in my life, what do I order???

Being a vegetarian, the first time in a restaurant can be a little daunting.  So many questions to ask the server and wondering if they are just going to tell you what you want to hear.  Not at Taste of Siam.  The restaurant is family owned and operated; everyone knows what they are serving and how it prepared.  My server Tyler, the son of one of the sisters in the kitchen, was very helpful and informative about the food and whether or not it was vegetarian and gluten free friendly.  Most of their dishes have the option of being prepared with chicken, beef, pork, tofu or all vegetable (my favorite).

Temecula, CA – Tom Brady gave America another reason to love him, and this isn't a snide or homo or sports fans comment. It is the comment from another parent and someone else loyal to his friends.

'There’s big money in celebrity endorsements of brand-name products. So what’s an anti-endorsement worth?

Priceless, if you’re the parent (or grandparent) of an aspiring young athlete who prefers junk food over fresh veggies and green smoothies.

Imagine this dialogue taking place in grocery store aisles across America:

Kid: “Can we get the Frosted Flakes?”

Mom: “If you want to grow up to be a star athlete, Tom Brady says you shouldn’t eat Frosted Flakes or drink Coca-Cola.”

That may have seemed an impossibility until last week. After the jump, how Tom Brady is awesome off the field as well as on it.

Hello Football Fans,

You've probably already seen at least a video replay of the most bizarre finish to a football game this year, and arguably for the decade in a relatively big game on the college scene involving Top 25 teams.

I've added a few stats to the description of that game.

In the NFL, there are still five undefeated teams.

Temecula, CA – Though I picked up the Midnight Satellites new CD release, Past. Present. Future the night before thousands got Shamrocked in this magical valley of horses, wine, and song, my music review just wouldn't materialize into being. I played the CD, but it became background to Hillary and other Trumpeting news. Also I had run out of flower.

One of the first doorways to open for people who imbibe cannabis is a fuller appreciation to music that you might not have unless you are musically inclined*.

Midnight Satellites are the same members as talented and popular cover band Master Splinter and the Shredders, which is why the main title reads as it does. Three of the groups' members, in turn, come from local bands that once commanded followings through their musical ability, performance, and originally. The crowd on that Thursday night for the pre-Get Shamrocked throw-down testified to that history.

Temecula, CA – Not since the great escape to being drafted for the Vietnam 'police action' have
Canadians come into direct opposition with Big Brother to the south, the United States. Well Sports Fans, that all changed last night with the election of Canada's new PM Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party in a general election.

The election puts an end to Conservative Party Prime Minister Stephen Harper's nine-year rule, which was marked by a repressive approach to drugs, including a commitment to rolling out mandatory minimum sentences, push back to effective supervised injection sites that reduce the harms of drug use, and strong opposition to marijuana reform. In contrast, the Liberal Party has promised to legalize and regulate marijuana and Trudeau has expressed support for harm reduction and the expansion of supervised injection sites across the country.

If Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party follow through with their promise to legalize and regulate marijuana, Canada will become the second country in the world to have legalized all aspects of the marijuana market - including production, sale and consumption - following Uruguay's historic move to do so in 2013. In the United States, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Washington D.C. have legalized marijuana, with more states set to vote on regulated marijuana in 2015 and 2016 elections.

Temecula, CA - The full trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has debuted online, following the
promo’s premiere during
ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles. The trailer’s release coincides with the launch of ticket sales for the seventh installment in the beloved franchise, which will bow in theaters on Dec. 18. On Sunday, Lucasfilm unveiled the theatrical poster for “The Force Awakens” as part of the countdown to the trailer and ticket release.

Lucasfilm’s promotional strategy for the hotly anticipated film has been meticulous, beginning with a coordinated launch of the first teaser which debuted in 30 theaters and online in November, followed by a longer teaser trailer that premiered during Star Wars Celebration in April. Other footage, including TV spots, a behind-the-scenes making-of reel and a special Instagram scene have been parceled out over recent months, along with a massive toy launch, but the latest release is believed to be the final theatrical trailer, which is expected to be attached to the latest James Bond installment, “Spectre,” upon its Nov. 6 release. Even comedian Amy Schumer caught the force, or maybe it was felt the force.

Temecula, CA – Beltway politics and mainstream media are sounding the alarm after Larry David's spot-on send-up of Bernie Sanders and Bernie's classy sidestep of one of two HRC turds on the public stage. Now they are reaching for their great white hope, Vice President Joe Biden, Barack's clown of a vice president.

It is amazing that the most recent survey of corrupt countries would put America as the least, until you see who conducted the survey and read their history as an American initiated non-American NGO much like the FDA on food safety. It is this farce of a system that the honorable Vice President Joe Biden comes from.

The Delaware politician is from the state that has the most illegal or shady corporations because Delaware is the easiest state to incorporate in. Being tiny in size and population compared to some of its neighbors, the ease to incorporate made millions and still does for the state. This has been especially handy for known polluters.

Temecula, CA – Local water districts are screaming to save water in this drought and threatening fines among some penalties. Towns and cities have been cutting back in this statewide effort and even I reported a broken irrigation line that had ruptured in an effort to do my part. However, it seems that not everyone is doing their part, especially those who put profits before people. In a story first reported here from another citizen news source, this is the update about a lawsuit being brought to stop collusion again between government and a corporate entity, boldly illustrating the craven reason for a new bill to make money from medical marijuana patients; simply, GREED and corruption. Claire Bernish

The Story of Stuff Project, the California-based Courage Campaign Institute, and the Center for Biological Diversity filed a lawsuit this week against the U.S. Forest Service for allowing Nestle to continue to bottle millions of gallons of water from the San Bernardino National Forest with a permit that expired 27 years ago,” the released press brief states.

If you’ve been following the Anti-Media’s investigation (spurred by Ian James’ articles in The Desert Sun) into Nestle’s irresponsible tapping of Arrowhead Spring — and all the questionable circumstances surrounding that, including censorship by Reddit of our exposé articles — you have some idea how exciting the announcement of this lawsuit is. Murrieta: pair with expired visas arrested in embezzlement scheme

Murrieta, California - In May 2015, the Murrieta Police Department became aware of a possible
embezzlement of funds case from Sybak Photovoltaics, which is a solar business in the city of Murrieta. The Chief Operating Officer of Sybak Photovoltaics was Arkadiusz Zbigniew Nowak. Nowak was hired by the parent company Sybak Solar International LLC (in Polch, Germany) in October 2011 to open an office in Murrieta, California and purchase land in the Southern California area for a solar field.

A solar field is a large parcel of land used to produce solar energy with the use of solar panels. The energy is then sold to a local energy company for profit. Nowak was entrusted to handle the company’s financial investments and operating expenses of approximately $1,000.000.00. In the 22 month period when Sybak Photovoltaics was in business, Nowak purchased a ten acre parcel in San Bernardino County; however he never went any further with the project.

Hemet pair steals tractor for other criminal act, gets busted selling it

Hemet, California - On October 14, 2015, investigators from the Hemet Sheriff's Station received information of a stolen 2014 Kubota tractor, for sale on Craigslist. The seller was asking $16,000.00 for the tractor which was valued at $50,000.00.

The Riverside Auto-theft Interdiction Detail assisted Hemet Sheriff's investigators in meeting the seller, 28-year-old Michael Brothers of Hemet.  Brothers and his accomplice, 25-year-old Daniel Onstine, also from Hemet, were taken into custody for the stolen tractor.  The investigation led to the recovery of other stolen automobiles and property.  The investigation revealed the tractor was stolen to assist the suspects in clearing a field for illegal marijuana cultivation.

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call Investigator Dorrough at the Hemet Sheriff's Station at (951) 791-3400.

Temecula, CA – Hillary Clinton wasted no time after establishment planted pieces in HP announced HRC as Tuesday night's winner of the Democratic Candidate debate. Meanwhile Joe rattles his October bones again. Real facts showed that focus groups and real people voiced that Bernie Sanders won. But as we all remember from Bill Clinton, the reported 'first Black' President, you can't let the truth stand in your way. To help our readers about this tricky deception, I present, at the end of this report, 6 things that are as trustworthy as Hillary Clinton, thanks to Phillip Wexler and Terry Raven.

Wedding Crashers, anyone?
Seizing on Donald Trump's anti-immigrant sentiment which has been spun into anti-Latino which includes all of South America not just Mexico, a crafty move by the master politician, and one that The Don may have not realized happened cause in the game of politics, it's not called mud-slinging for nothing, Hillary yesterday morning teased folks that Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro is on her list of potential running mates should she secure the Democratic presidential nomination. Speaking at a U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce meeting, Clinton said she would “look really hard at him for anything, because that's how good he is.”

Hillary's move is really a three-way. One, she moves into Trump's sphere of commotion drawing attention to herself; two, she chooses the name of 'Castro' just as relations have warmed up to Cuba where another Castro reins supreme; and three, she advances the game ahead of the pack and has a rub for Slick Willy. If the Wicked Witch had been Hillary, Toto would be a GMO'd flying monkey and Dorothy a shrunken head above her mantelpiece.

Hemet man busted for meth after peering into cars at 230am

Murrieta, California - According to the Murrieta Police Department, this morning, officers were
working a special operation to decrease the number of stolen vehicles and vehicle burglaries that have occurred in the City of Murrieta in recent weeks.  At approximately 2:30am, officers observed a male walking on Avenida Arconte looking into vehicles.

Based on his behavior, officers believed there was a likelihood that he was preparing to break into a vehicle or steal a vehicle.  Officers stopped and detained the suspect, identified as David Regnier, age 43, of Hemet California.  According to police, Regnier is a Post Release Community Supervised (PRCS) probationer for the crime of vehicle theft (10851CVC).

During the investigation, it was discovered that Regnier was in possession of methamphetamine.  Regnier was placed under arrest and booked in the Southwest Jail for a violation of PRCS and possession of methamphetamine.

Temecula, CA – As we move past the last blood moon the days get shorter and the time gets more depressing. A Congress of mostly millionaires who are bought and see the general public as dogs, or worse; a government that is owned and fighting for the corporations that want control of the world's resources for profit; a media system that promotes a 'white is right' mindset so much that even white people feel guilty about it; and a nation that is bi-polar in what it promises. It is that nation that is the new Rome and tonight the Democrats who would be the next President squared off tonight in Las Vegas for their first debate for voters.

The Dems Debate was at the other end of the political spectrum in that there were about a third less candidates, no two tier debate or 'kids table' nonsense, and a lot more civilized, a lot less showboat, and a ton more content. However the goal was the same; get up to or pass the front runner, Hillary Clinton, instead of Donald Trump. The one person who had the most recognition, Bernie Sanders, needed to maintain his momentum while letting more people know who he is. The other three just needed to get their message out and the one law professor, a non-politician, found out that he is more of an outsider than even he thought, left out in the cold like Cornel West was by Obama. Hurtz, do-nut?

Hillary, the old professional, showed up early to make headlines and put the 'Ho' in Hotel, Trump's hotel. Drawing attention to herself in a brash way to make a show really puts her in the same category as Trump. But again you have to say that now that Bernie knows he's in for a fight. HRC tried to pounce on him for his gun control stance. Bernie kept his cool and got some well deserved applause when he resounded with 'everyone is tired of hearing about your emails.'

Temecula, CA – There has been no word so far on the progress of the lawsuit against AB266, AB243, and SB643 by the AMMA but October 9th Governor Jerry Brown signed into law these 3 new bills to fully regulate and control medical marijuana. As the will of the people gets neglected again [no GMO labeling, no consequence against Roundup false claims, mandatory vaccinations, flacking approved, etc.] it would seem another cause starts a flame-out as the government moves on of its own accord.

As evidenced by the current state of affairs with police everywhere, 'we the people' have become we the pests and we the consumers. Is there any wonder I have been a bit absent in the column lately. I'm just not a 'charge of the Light Brigade' kind of guy. And yet... I wrote a book in which I advance the notion that cannabis and capitalism don't mix, and won't mix, based on a dream discerned from Daniel, chapter 2. It would seem that I now must have the faith of Daniel and stand pat, not fold.

Beyond the reasons expressed here prior for the government not understanding cannabis or being so opposed to cannabis, is this very recently discovered secret about cannabis. While cannabis is a plant in this matrix we call reality, cannabis isn't a drug. When you understand the full implications of a manufactured moon and that cannabis in the Bible is in a very central role [Memoirs], then you understand that cannabis is actually an ancient alien advanced technology, something Monsanto/the government figured out, which is how they could get over a 140 patents based on how the plant works along with the chemicals involved.

After the jump, the report from those in on the rape, the MPP.

Temecula, CA – In answer to yesterday's request for an APB on our boy Elroy, I mean Benedict Obama, we got two updates from our moles on the ground. The first is for those who might want to take in the Democratic Debate for free, or double your chances if you donate.

You may need a program to be able to identify anyone pass Hillary Rodham Clinton and Bernie Sanders though, as the Democratic Party seeks to confuse all outside their front-runner choice of Mrs. Bill 'They Still Love Him' Clinton. Recently Hillary has been pulling a George Bush trick, repeating the programs/philosophy of the competition by recently coming out against the TPP and vowing to get tough on Wall Street, two of Bernie's main planks. After making millions from Wall Street friends and connections, don't look for Lady Macbeth to bite the hand that knows her.

The national debate will take place next week but one winner will be selected to be flown first class into the event with a two night stay included. Go here to enter, and Good Luck. I entered, who knows, it could be fun. After the jump, the invitation to the Obama's.

Temecula, CA – The following is an APB out for this car. It belongs to Barack Obama and wots* is The Prez is back on the West Coast in either LA or SD, this weekend, kicking it old school after closing the TPP toxic trade deal.

Should you see this car, which will be in a caravan Arab sheikh style with other similar vehicles and a police escort plus road closures, please call this number 619-333-9627 immediately and report the location to the So Cal Fair Trade Campaign committee HQ.

Use the words, “Hi, I just spotted Obama at '…' and I live in '…' . If you have any further details like a destination, direction of travel, etc., that would be helpful.

Temecula, CA – Monday morning begins a new work week, so you know it's going to be a long week when something you have worked on, poured your heart into, and seen your friends pour their hearts into, all falls flat to begin the week. Another mass shooting and the TPP took the final step in being approved by all the member nations. All the nations are on board so now it is up to the nation's folks to stop the coming catastrophe.

This report from the Huffington Post:

The United States and 11 other Pacific Rim countries have reached a deal on the most sweeping trade liberalization pact in a generation but the accord on Monday faced initial skepticism in the U.S. Congress.

In a deal that could reshape industries and influence everything from the price of cheese to the cost of cancer treatments, the 12 countries will cut trade barriers and set common standards. Details of the pact were emerging in statements by officials after days of marathon negotiations in Atlanta.

Temecula, CA – They say 'politics is show business for ugly people' but the three men taking the panel stage were anything but ugly. Standing tall and looking proudly cordial were most of the authors of AB266, the state bill everyone who isn't dabbing is gabbing about. On the surface it appears to be a total unraveling of Prop 215 and SB 420, a structure, admittedly loose, put in place by the voters of California 20 years ago. It is the construct through which I obtained my doctor's recommendation to be able to legally ingest an herb found by definition in Gen 1:29-30. I was at this meeting because it was personal, unlike my last visit to a political forum.

Part of the reason I was at this meeting was also to bring back some logic or understanding for my reading audience, 99% who weren't there. Taxation without representation was the main motive and since the panel room was filled to standing room only, I wasn't the only person in the cannabis culture to be concerned about the future of access to cannabis. You could say that I was there to get a lay of the land since these were the 'official' movers and shakers in the beginning bloom of the bud biz. In the hundreds of well-heeled and hipsters, I knew only two faces. If cannabis were a train, I had traveled back to the club car from the engine. The government, in the caboose, had also come up to the club car. We all now shared a common ground.

When the Assemblymen were introduced, you could hear a pin drop as people from all walks inside the cannabis culture sought to see where they would be in the landscape, provided AB266 goes through. Like with Congressman Peters, I was there to see the motivation and background for the backers of AB266.

Temecula: Creepy guy attempts to talk to pre-teen girl near school zone

Temecula, Ca - On Tuesday September 29th, 2015, officers from the Temecula Police Department responded to a report of an unknown subject possibly annoying / harassing a female juvenile near Margarita Middle School on Margarita Road, in the city of Temecula. The incident was reported to have occurred on Monday September 28th, 2015, around 2:50 P.M., as the female juvenile (age 11) was walking away from the school.

As the girl was walking on Margarita Road, she reportedly walked past an older, gray, pickup truck, parked along the curb. The lone male occupant asked the girl a question, which she ignored. According the the Sheriffs press release, the driver may have exited the vehicle and approached the girl on foot or attempted to grab a hold of the girl causing her to run away from the subject.

The victim described the suspect vehicle as:

Temecula Police and Starbucks to host 'Coffee with a Cop' on October 22

Temecula, Ca - On Thursday, October 22, 2015, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, the Temecula Police Department will host Coffee with a Cop. The event will be held at Starbucks, located at 41195 Winchester Rd., Temecula. Officers from the Temecula Police Department and community members
will come together in an informal, neutral space to discuss community issues, build relationships, and drink coffee. All members of the community are invited to attend.

There is no agenda or formal speeches, just casual conversations about your community, with those who serve. Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the police department's work in Temecula's neighborhoods.

The majority of contacts law enforcement has with the public happen during emergencies, or emotional situations. Those situations are not always the most effective times for relationship building with the community, and some community members may feel that officers are unapproachable on the street.
